Nicolock Fire Pit with Irregular Blue Stone

This customer asked us to create a separate seating area in their backyard so they can gather with friends and family. They wanted a natural look and we delivered. Utilizing irregular blue stone as the patio area, long island rock for the landscape border and finishing it with a Nicolock Belvedere Firepit in York brown. Enhanced with a simple landscape planting and then added landscape lighting to set the mood of the area. This is a sure oasis for this long island family.

Our customer was looking to enhance their yard and replace an old cement patio. Using Nicolock, Pavers and Serafina fire pit, we added an additional gathering space and enhanced the look of their patio. This was a simple yet elegant design.

Our customer was replacing an exiting old driveway with a new paver driveway. We designed a classic pattern using Nicolock's 6x9 Rustico paver in crab orchard blend with a herringbone pattern. Then enhanced the design with a  brown inlay and three circle kits. A unique driveway for a renovated home.

The homeowner was looking to replace an existing driveway and crumbling front entryway in addition to enhancing the front faced of this home. We designed a classy front entry step using thin stone veneer and blue stone. Then brought in a paver border with asphalt driveway to tie the project together.

Our customer was looking to replace an entire patio and add a walkway to their classic colonial style home. We designed the patio and walkway using bluestone and natural stone veneer for the risers and pillars of the stairs. This completed the look to this home and complemented the already classic design in place.

Our customer was looking to add a walkway on the side of their home and create a small landscape bed. We designed a simple walkway using Nicolock pavers and then simple landscape plan with pathways lighting. This helped to tie the front gateway to the back yard.

Front Yard and Back Yard Landscape

This North Shore home was in need of some color and a new landscape. Our team created an elegant design using native Long Island plant material. We included planting in a raised landscape bed, irrigation with drip lines for the raised bed and a new sod lawn to complement the plants. Roses, Hydrangeas and Echinacea are a few of the Long Island natives used in this colorful landscape.

There was an existing concrete builders patio and an old picket fence which divided this yard. We came in and designed an extension of the customers indoor living and dining area by, removing the old patio and picket fence and creating an open area. The outdoor kitchen was designed using Nicolock paving stones and with an oversized bar area which seats 6. The patio was designed and installed using Nicolock Stone Ridgel XL pavers in South Bay Blend. The landscape was enhanced with additional plantings to the existing trees and shrubs and accented with black mulch. The stepping stone and blue stone gravel walkway was added to tie into an existing walkaway which entered from the side of the home. An entertainers paradise and extension of the home was the goal.

The client was looking to soften the white PVC while creating a colorful garden to surround an existing shed. We designed an area with a steppingstone walkway and colorful long island plant material to enhance the aesthetics of this Massapequa home.

There was no plantings in the front of this home. Our customer was looking for a simple front landscape. We created a basic foundation planting using native long island plants to enhance the curb appeal of this charming home.

Front Yard landscaping with Belgium Block tree rings

This homeowner was looking to redo the old fashion foundation planting with a new colorful and vibrant landscape. We designed a landscape using various topiary and specimen shrubs, along with perennials and ornamental grasses, to create an inviting garden look. The Belgium block tree rings where used to tie in the aesthetics and hold back mulch under the trees. 

Front Yard Landscape

The customer was looking to add curb appeal to an old landscape which was from when the home was first built in the 1906's. We designed a landscape that utilized lots of color and various long island grown plants. The old 1960's shrubbery was removed and recycled. The customer was adamant about recycling existing boulders on site and the team was able to incorporate them into the design. The addition of a stonewall in front of the landscape added to the charm on this renewed front entryway.

Our customer was looking to enhance a corner in the yard that was overlooked directly from their deck. We designed a Pennsylvania wall stone border with e simple landscape to enhance the corner. Simple yet elegant look for years to come. 

Backyard oasis and complete renovation

This customer came to us with a few challenges, creating a large backyard oasis on a very unlevel ground and a time constraint to be completed in 6 weeks from start to finish Our design team went to work and created a full landscape landscape plan for the project which included a multi-tiered patio, a separate lounging patio and reading area, a playground, and a natural fence using native long island plant materials. Once we finalized the plans the team went to work to begin demolition and installation of the masonry work and then onto landscaping, sod and irrigation systems. Additional meandering stepping stone walkways and natural rock steps were used to help integrate the grading challenges on the property. They now call their backyard an oasis.

The customer was looking for some curb appeal and to spruce up the front of their home. Our designers went to work designing a large inviting walkway out of Nicolock paving stones, a Pennsylvania stone wall border for the landscape, and colorful planting beds to enhance the curb appeal of this home. Our installation team worked diligently to complete the hardscape and landscape, which included a new sod lawn and irrigation system to keep the plants healthy.

Our customer came to us with empty flower beds and asked us to help create a welcoming entry and soften the look of this commercial property. Our designers and team came up a mass planting concept utilizing native long island plants with tremendous color. Our design team coupled with the installation team softened the look to this massive building with beautiful shrubbery and flowers.
